I’ve spent my 15+ year career digging into the deep, uncomfortable, scary places of life and crafting what I find into hope-filled stories through many forms of creative media.

I launched CIRCA ANALOG to collaborate with founders like you, to explore those similar places in your life, and dial in the most personal and unique story that will connect you with your audience.

FIND THE HEARTBEAT OF YOUR VENTURE

This is one of my favorite parts of working with passionate founders - diving into the “deep calling to deep” parts of the venture and unearthing the unique, hidden details that transform the impact.

Over 1 - 2 weeks we will:

  • Conduct 2 to 3 90 minute (recorded) deep-dive interview driven workshops exploring the origin-story, the hidden motivators (you might not be using yet), and the key emotional drivers behind your venture

  • Discover and/or refine the story threads + story arc to craft into a high-level map translating that emotion into communication

  • Define psychographic values and attributes of the people you want to serve, and strategize the best content assets to connect with them

  • Explore the most functional content-delivery pathways and develop 1-3 original campaign concepts to support your future content

DELIVERABLE:

1. Your “CIRCA ANALOG STORYGUIDE” - a written and visual multi-page document that articulates:

  • Core emotional touchpoints

  • Key psychographics

  • Visual & voice cues

  • Conceptualized content strategy

  • & more dependent on what we discover!

2. Your digital files/assets (+ transcriptions) from the recorded workshops copyrighted to you for future unrestricted use

  • This is for founders who are STUCK between what they want to say and how they should say it. Typically that’s at the very beginning of launch, but there are also times when the venture needs a refresh - both are welcome.

  • Might I be captain obvious here - if you already have your ducks in a row and they follow perfectly, you can skip this dial. BUT, remember, it’s about analog connection not digital junk.

  • Depends! If you’re SOLELY interested in DIAL #1, it will be audio only. We can be strategic in our location, however, to mitigate background noise if you’d like to use the audio as voice over in the future.

    If you’re doing DIAL #2 OR #3, we can potentially use video to record the workshops for brand/founder content. That will be determined after a discovery call.

  • Not at this level of investment - however we will prepare a thoughtful strategy for content that is responsive to your creative capabilities.

DIAL 2: THE MID RANGE

CREATE AND RELEASE

CRAFT A FOUNDER ANTHEM VIDEO

One of the easiest assets to utilize is a founder/brand anthem video. Your story produced in an emotionally gripping, inspiring film that can be full length, cut down into shorter segments, shared in texts, links, home pages, email newsletters, used for fundraising, etc.

Over 3 - 4 weeks we will:

  • Concept, film, and edit a 1-3 minute video harnessing the emotional direction we discovered in our “Dial 1” workshops

  • Determine best platforms for release and devise an adaptive strategy, in-line with our content strategy, that explores best use cases for the film

DELIVERABLE:

1. Your original Brand/Anthem film (+ “CIRCA ANALOG STORYGUIDE”):

  • 1-3 minute full-production video asset with multiple resolution exports for viewing situations (ie: compressed version for YouTube/Web upload + full resolution for playing at an event)

  • Ad-length cutdowns for trailers, socials, marketing, etc.

  • 10-15 BTS + UGC content edits from production days for social content etc.

  • 20-25 Still images/photos from production days for social content etc.

  • Founders who are looking for ways to utilize video in their marketing.

    This is not AI driven, this is custom and intentional filmmaking that tells your emotional story in a way to drive connection with your venture.

  • Anyone who wants fast and cheap video content that is disposable

  • Shorter cuts of the final film that can be used in different applications.

    ie: your final video is :90 seconds, we can cut a :30 version that can play on YouTube as an ad before videos.

  • “Behind The Scenes” and “User Generated" Content” - content like this is great to invite your audience to experience the excitement of the creative process

  • You will get one full length brand anthem. The amount of cutdowns depends on the strategy behind them, however there are a few rules of thumb. Typically a :30 and a :15 will suffice for most applications.

You have your business name, a head full of ideas, and a heart full of inspiration . . . but none of the assets that allow you to actually launch: brand/identity, website, content, strategy, etc. Together with my industry collaborators, we will partner with you and build from the foundation up.

Over 12 - 16 weeks we will:

  • Develop the entire identity of the venture with you: branding, ethos, voice, copy, website, photography, video, graphic design, & more

  • Build a comprehensive launch plan from a strategy-forward perspective

    This isn’t cheap because it’s crafted and intentional, and the expectation is everyone showing up ready to get dirty in the mix.

    We will not throw some words into an LLM and pop out “content.” We will discover, together, what is unique about your venture and create accordingly.

  • Any founder who believes their brand or venture is easily reproducible with a string of queries in a chatbox.

    Anyone who is not ready to commit to the investment from a financial perspective.

  • I have many that I will discern and connect with depending on the final agreed upon budget.

    We will use the best resources to meet budget constraints across the board.

  • This incubator is designed to set you up with a solid foundational plan, but of course there are shifts, changes, and opportunities that come up.

    I am available as a fractional Creative Director post-project for an additional fee we can agree upon.
